Total MLM Solutions Features

Compensation Plan


Upon signing a contract for Total MLM Solutions®, the compensation plan is custom programmed into the system. This comp plan can be a Binary, Unilevel or Force Matrix, or any combination of the three. Multiple wheels and multiple membership types are supported. There may be additional charges for more complex plans.

Prospecting System


A series of emails may be cached in the prospecting system and set to be sent within a period of time. IBRs can use this prospecting system by submitting an email address and setting a start date. After which, an email is sent out according to the schedule.

The IBR cannot change the content of the message, but corporate can. The emails may be designed via our rich text editor, or may be designed in an external application and pasted in as HTML.

Reports can be generated from both the corporate and IBR’s side.

Support/Help/Ticket System


This is a ticketing system that allows corporate to receive support request over the internet, instead of over the phone. Optionally, given IBRs may be granted access to review tickets pertaining to their downlines.

Corporate Communications System


Information to be sent to the membership can be edited via our rich text editor. The information can then be posted to the news page on the corporate site, or in the IBRs back office, or blasted to the membership in general via email.

With the blast email feature, the message can be limited to a geographic area, a membership type, or a specific downline.

Replicating Sites


Each IBR may have a replicating site that can serve as a prospecting tool. Information on the replicating site may be configured per IBR, depending on the policies of corporate.

From the replicating site, new prospects can sign up, review prospecting information, sign up to receive prospecting emails, and communicate back to the IBR if they have any questions.

Join Now


There are a number of laws and different legal requirements which govern how a MLM must structure their Join Now process. It is the responsibility of each MLM to engage their legal adviser and determine the proper structure and compliance with any laws governing their chosen form of operation, business model and processes.The Join Now module will be tailored to the MLM’s requirements. Payment types supported include Credit Card and eCheck. (customization may be required and will be quoted separately)

Back Office Console


Located within the IBRs back office, the console displays sponsorship information, current points, steps, cycle, any applicable pin levels and reminds the IBR of any member requirements that have been missed or that may be approaching.

Additionally, the IBR can pull reports on his/her own downline from this location. The reports to be pulled depend on the compensation plan, but all plans allow a contact list to facilitate working with the IBRs own group.

Calendar


A corporate calendar is available to notify the IBR/IBO/IDs of important dates. Events can be filter by location, time zones, and downlines. Lastly, the calendar is linked from the dashboard. This is a subset of the corporate calendar, containing dates only directly related to the individual IBR.

TMS Binary Viewer


The binary viewer is a visual representation of a binary group. It is color coded to show true group genealogy, shape coded to represent membership types, and outlined to show downline members who are especially active. Unlike most binary viewers, TMS supports up to 12 levels of depth at a time. A number of tools are available in the binary viewer to facilitate navigation, tagging of downline members as leader for reporting and navigation purposes, along with scalable viewers to show extended information on the IBRs downline.

TMS Unilevel Viewer


Like the binary viewer, a unilevel viewer is a visual representation of a unilevel group. It is color coded to show genealogy, shape coded to represent membership type, and outlined to show truly active members.

TMS Matrix Viewer


The matrix viewer is custom tailored to show your structure in color coded group genealogy, with shape coded indicators to represent membership types, downline members, and includes a number of tools to facilitate navigation, tagging of downline members, performance teams/members and commission levels in real time.

Unlike most viewers, TMS supports the display of up to 60,000 members at a time, in realtime!

This contact sheet shows only true group members, and contains contact information necessary for an IBR to work their group.

edit information


This section allows the IBR to keep corporate abreast with address and phone changes.

download manager


This section allows corporate to make documents (pdf’s) and other material available for download by the IBR.

This is a shopping cart that facilitates the purchase of distributor kits, sales aids, such as brochures, business cards, catalogues, banners, posters and other corporate material.

product shopping cart


This is a full service shopping cart available to the public and to the IBR. Besides the usual shopping cart features, this cart support separate pricing for members and the general public and automatically calculates commissions. It also supports autoship.

From the administration panel the corporate office can govern the downline by granting access to all user’s information, sign in to the IBR’s back office, pull reports on sales and commissions, track orders, manipulate commission data, send out email and manage the prospecting system.

IBR’s control panel ‘dashboard’

User’s Graphical View of Down-line


A user is only able to view the tree for people in his/her down-line that impact the user's earnings - the user cannot view the whole tree. Color-coding can be added to quickly highlight and summarize high-performing and low-performing areas of that user's down-line.

Administrator’s View of MLM Tree


The MLM tree is presented graphically, making it easy to see relationships between users. By pointing and clicking, the administrator is able to zoom in on different parts of the tree and view detailed results. Color-coding can be added by administrators to quickly highlight areas of the tree with certain characteristics e.g. high-performing areas of the tree)

Advanced Transaction Reporting Tools


This feature allows the administrator to do reporting along any dimension. For example, the administrator can view a detailed transaction history for a user, can view a summary of a user's down-line sales in certain date ranges or can generate reporting along select product lines.
